Matar's backend supports a lightweight frontend that caters to multiple devices, including Android and JioPhone.

Our frontend is intelligently designed to manage content streaming efficiently, striking a balance between cache usage, storage, data consumption, and latency. While there are ongoing improvements in this area, we have built a lean model that addresses the following UI/UX considerations for the app, keeping in mind its rural Non-Internet User (NIU) audience:
