# MSG 91

### Purpose

We use this service to send SMS's to users. 

### Billing

Each SMS costs upto 20 paise. There is a prepaid billing system. 

### Template approval

In order to send a SMS, a template has to be approved from 2 sources (in this order):

1. Smartping (third party service for DLT)
2. Msg91
